I tried to move the file reported by Charles and it appears to fix the bug and even kaffeine with big #645459. Using apt-file I found the reported file is in the package ilbxine1-misc-plugins, but the version from debian-multimedia. I'll report these bugs to Christian Marillat since it's not an ufficial debian package bug.
