It's also good to you read in your local Debian (or Debian derivated,
like Ubuntu) system the files:
/usr/share/doc/menu/README
/usr/share/doc/menu/menu.txt.gz

It will be more or less like this:


?package(qwbfsmanager): \
        needs="X11" \
        section="Games/Tools" \
        title="QWBFS Manager" \
        command="/usr/bin/qwbfsmanager" \
        icon="/usr/share/pixmaps/qwbfsmanager.xpm"


And it should be installed as /usr/share/menu/qwbfsmanager (plus the
icon file /usr/share/pixmaps/qwbfsmanager.xpm)
