Hi,
to make a very long story short, killing stalonetray makes this bug go away.
(!!!)
What's strange is, that back when this bug hits me for the first time (back
when I was running awesome on lenny), I was also running stalonetray all the
time... anyway, I'm glad I can use awesome again! :-)
BTW, I also noticed a high (=100%) cpu usage with some gtk application and
awesome. That went away when I killed unclutter.
