Not sure if I should file separate bugs here or not, so combining two related ones. libparserutils is RC-buggy and obsolete. Discussion with the maintainers shows agreement that we should just remove it. hubbub builds the only package that depends on libparserutils, and it's also obsolete and unwanted. It has no further rdeps AFAICS. Both these packages were originally uploaded as part of the netsurf browser package set, but they've switched over to a different arrangement of packages now.
