Package: mondo Version: 2.04-6 Severity: grave I met the same problem with this version of mondo (and the 2.04-5 as well). I set the severity to grave as it renders the created CD-R unusable. (Tough I still consider mondo to be reliable, as I've been using it happily for a long time now.)
The problem seems to come from the bug in busybox that Joey Hess just signaled : busybox sh sets but does not export PATH http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=329406 He also gives a patch.
