Hi, libapache-mod-speedy version 2.22-1 (in sarge) depends on libdb4.1, but 2.22-2 (in sid) doesn't. So the recompile is already done, AIUI. The difference is probably due to apache-dev bug #45268, "apxs links against unnecesary libs".
