When installing a more recent kernel package it is actually relatively
likely that it will also be used soon.

The nice thing is that the new input-utils version works with both older
and latest kernels, so adding a "Breaks: input-utils (<< 1.0)" has no
real disadvantage, while helping people installing more recent kernel
packages (e.g. through backports).
