They only require OpenLDAP client commands (ldapadd, ldapdelete,
ldapsearch, ldapmodify, ldappasswd) and make administrator's work a
lot easier avoiding the need to configure PERL and each library
dependency (e.g. Net::LDAP).
The Perl language only takes a capital "P".
