Package: bsdmainutils
Version: 8.2.3
Severity: normal
The -M option works with ncal, but not cal, despite being the same binary.
nemo@falcon ~ % cal -M
Usage: cal [general options] [-hjy] [[month] year]
cal [general options] [-hj] [-m month] [year]
ncal [general options] [-bhJjpwySM] [-s country_code] [[month] year]
ncal [general options] [-bhJeoSM] [year]
General options: [-NC3] [-A months] [-B months]
For debug the highlighting: [-H yyyy-mm-dd] [-d yyyy-mm]
nemo@falcon ~ % ncal -M -C

The '-C' option included to ncal to make it print in 'cal' type format. I
notice also that 'ncal -C -M' does not work - gives the same error as 'cal -M'
above.
