Package: approx Version: 5.1-1 Severity: normal I noticed that approx stopped working after I upgraded my testing install. Whenever aptitude tried to connect to approx, it got a connection refused. After investigation, it turns out that the reason what I no longer had any package provising system-log-daemon on my system; approx absolutely needs one to run. This dependency should be explicit in debian/control.
