As you can see, lbdb already suggests libnet-ldap-perl. Most users
don't use the m_ldap module, that you seem to have enabled in your
lbdb.rc, so I don't think that it is a good idea to depend on
libnet-ldap-perl for everybody. The "Suggests" should be hint enough
for everybody who wants to use m_ldap that he has to manually install
libnet-ldap-perl.
IMHO this isn't a bug (at least not an important one) but a feature
for most users (they avoid having installed an unused package).
