Package: wget
Version: 1.12-2.1
Severity: normal

wget should handle SIGINT to close the connection.
interrupting, with CTRL C for example, does not close it.

this causes a big amount of incoming packets wich causes outgoing RST packets.

there is definately no FIN packet, i confirmed that with wireshark.
