I've just been really really short on time. I hope I can find time to get a 1.7 package uploaded this weekend. I will probably disable serf support on kFreeBSD until I can find time to fix that. That would be a useful thing to do, anyone looking for things to do: figure out why the serf 1.0 testsuite hangs on FreeBSD: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=serf&arch=kfreebsd-amd64&ver=1.0.0-2&stamp=1313651587 It is not Debian-specific; this same issue has been reported on other FreeBSD systems as well. I notice the FreeBSD Ports tree has serf 1.0, and did not patch for this issue, so either they don't run the testsuite at all, or it doesn't fail for them.
