Agustin, You're already marked in Uploaders for rus-ispell and I hereby authorize you to add yourself to Uploaders for ispell-et as well, so just go ahead and upload the fix at your earliest convenience.
While you're at it, it might be a good idea to check whether the same issue affects myspell and aspell dictionaries that are generated from rus-ispell and ispell-et, as well as the aspell-lv that is generated from myspell-lv, just to be safe.
