Finally managed to get it to compile by using ubuntu's 1.3.5 package: http://packages.ubuntu.com/precise/enigmail
then make the following changes: - dch -i - use debian/rules from debian's 1.3.4-2 package - add the attached patch to debian/patches (and d/p/series) Not sure why 1.3.5 is being built against thunderbird 10 when their website clearly indicates it's meant to be built against 9: http://enigmail.mozdev.org/download/index.php.html Anyway it works again, no more "enigmime service not available" errors :) X -- GPG: 4096R/5FBBDBCE https://github.com/infinity0 https://bitbucket.org/infinity0 https://launchpad.net/~infinity0
