tesseract-ocr-eng (>= 3.01~) | tesseract-ocr-language (>= 3.01~)
But tesseract-ocr-language is a purely virtual package, so the right
hand of this alternative won't be ever satisfied.
You probably wanted:
1) "tesseract-ocr-eng | tesseract-ocr-language" (both unversioned) in
Depends.
2) "tesseract-ocr-$lang (<< 3)" in Breaks, for each language pack.
