Hi!
The openjdk-6-jdk and openjdk-6-jre, marked as “Multi-Arch: same” at
least contain two files that cannot be possibly shared because their
contents vary depending on the architecture but their path is constant.
These are the menu files (which were the obvious ones but I've not
checked for others), for example:
$ grep command /usr/share/menu/openjdk-6-jdk
command="/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk-amd64/bin/jconsole"
