Hi Marco,
in the regular udev package, 50-udev-default.rules has
SUBSYSTEM=="input", ENV{ID_INPUT}=="", IMPORT{builtin}="input_id". This
file (and rule) seem to be missing from the udeb, which breaks the gtk
image (X doesn't get any input devices).
