Dear Maintainer,

after updating Kicad to the current "testing" version, the language selected as
"default" was English, though before I was using German. Manually changing by
Preferences->Language->German does not change the language, even after
restarting Kicad.
However selecting a language which's locale isn't installed on my system at all
(checked with french and slovenian here) leads to an error message. This does
*not* happen with the installed German locale, but does not change the
program's language anyway.

Maybe I am missing something here - if so I'm sorry to bother - but from my
point of view there is a problem with the German translation (maybe it is
missing completely?)

Thanks and kind regards,
Oliver
