Hi, I cannot reproduce the situation you described. On the given URL, there is just a RealMedia-file. Helix-Player does not support playing RealMedia (it supports rtsp though, but not rm/ra).
So, does it really affect helix-player at all? If it is a bug in RealPlayer, it does not affect Helix-Player if its related to RealMedia or RealAudio files. Please provide more information.
