Pino 0.2.x indeed does not support OAuth, and will never support it as the
development has been stopped by upstream author.

You can use the following instructions to use Pino with Twitter and OAuth:

(this page is linked from upstream homepage, I haven't personally tested it,
please consider it as an unsupported workaround only)

OAuth support is supposed to be added to 0.3.x but it actually seems
upstream development has stalled.

I leave this bug open but be aware it is unlikely to be ever fixed, except
when I ask pino to be removed from the archive...
