Ah, that makes more sense.  It would be good to make that clearer in
the package (even just by expanding the existing changelog entry), as
it looked like only a method to avoid duplicating the file in your
package.

Upstream was active on IRC earlier, that's what prodded me into
wondering what was wrong in the source to require the 'dfsg'
repacking.  I don't use the package, so I can't comment on its
usefulness in the archive.
