It may very well be an upstream bug - the trunk version is ahead of us. Looks like upstream fixed possibly related issue in the later trunk version. Could you try to build abiword as provided by the following source package
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/a/abiword/abiword_2.9.2+svn20120213-1.dsc and try it please? I hope this one will work for you. Forgive me if you already know this but perhaps the easiest way to build it would be to get source package with 'dget -ux URL' command and then build with 'debuild -us -uc -b' (debuild is provided by 'devscripts' package). It will give you .deb files which can be installed by 'dpkg -i' command. You might know it already but just in case... Would you be able to do this? By the way what version of packages libcairo2-dev libcairo2 you have installed? Thank you. Regards, Dmitry. P.S. I'm pretty sure the problem is not affecting other platforms, otherwise there would be plenty of bug reports already. It's just fine on amd64/i386 so I can't quite reproduce the problem myself... -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [email protected]
