Package: libgtk-3-0 Version: 3.2.3-1 Severity: important Tags: upstream Dear Maintainer,
In my office I have a Ricoh Aficio MPC3500 for which I am using the reccomended PPD from http://www.openprinting.org/printer/Ricoh/Ricoh-Aficio_MP_C3500, installed using the 20111209 debian package. My system administrator assigned to me a 6-digits custom user code for that printer. I am able to print using that printer with Gtk+-2.0-based programs (e.g., firefox), but trying to insert the usercode in Gtk+-3.0-based programs (e.g., evince or gedit) causes a segmentation fault while typing the first character of the code. Unfortunately both Gtk+-2.0-based and Gtk+-3.0-based programs are ignoring both the UserCode setting in my ~/.cups/lpoptions file and the default one set system-wide using the cups web interface, so I am not able to use any Gtk+3.0-based software for printing and I have to re-insert the UserCode everytime with the Gtk+-2.0-based ones. With evince the following is produced on the terminal: (evince:3264): Gtk-WARNING **: /tmp/buildd/gtk+3.0-3.2.3/./gtk/gtkcontainer.c:919: container class `GtkScrolledWindow' has no child property named `top-attach' (evince:3264): Gtk-WARNING **: /tmp/buildd/gtk+3.0-3.2.3/./gtk/gtkcontainer.c:919: container class `GtkScrolledWindow' has no child property named `top-attach' (evince:3264): Gtk-WARNING **: /tmp/buildd/gtk+3.0-3.2.3/./gtk/gtkcontainer.c:919: container class `GtkScrolledWindow' has no child property named `top-attach' (evince:3264): Gtk-WARNING **: /tmp/buildd/gtk+3.0-3.2.3/./gtk/gtkcontainer.c:919: container class `GtkScrolledWindow' has no child property named `top-attach' (evince:3264): Gtk-WARNING **: /tmp/buildd/gtk+3.0-3.2.3/./gtk/gtkcontainer.c:919: container class `GtkScrolledWindow' has no child property named `top-attach' (evince:3264): Gtk-WARNING **: /tmp/buildd/gtk+3.0-3.2.3/./gtk/gtkcontainer.c:919: container class `GtkScrolledWindow' has no child property named `top-attach' Segmentation fault -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libgtk-3-0 depends on: ii libatk1.0-0 2.2.0-2 ii libc6 2.13-26 ii libcairo-gobject2 1.10.2-6.2 ii libcairo2 1.10.2-6.2 ii libcomerr2 1.42-1 ii libcups2 1.5.0-13 ii libfontconfig1 2.8.0-3.1 ii libfreetype6 2.4.8-1 ii libgcrypt11 1.5.0-3 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.24.0-2 ii libglib2.0-0 2.30.2-6 ii libgnutls26 2.12.16-1 ii libgssapi-krb5-2 1.10+dfsg~beta1-2 ii libgtk-3-common 3.2.3-1 ii libk5crypto3 1.10+dfsg~beta1-2 ii libkrb5-3 1.10+dfsg~beta1-2 ii libpango1.0-0 1.29.4-2 ii libx11-6 2:1.4.4-4 ii libxcomposite1 1:0.4.3-2 ii libxcursor1 1:1.1.12-1 ii libxdamage1 1:1.1.3-2 ii libxext6 2:1.3.0-3 ii libxfixes3 1:5.0-4 ii libxi6 2:1.4.5-1 ii libxinerama1 2:1.1.1-3 ii libxrandr2 2:1.3.2-2 ii multiarch-support 2.13-26 ii shared-mime-info 0.90-1 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3.4.dfsg-3 Versions of packages libgtk-3-0 recommends: ii hicolor-icon-theme 0.12-1 ii libgtk-3-bin 3.2.3-1 Versions of packages libgtk-3-0 suggests: ii gvfs 1.10.1-2 ii librsvg2-common 2.34.2-2 -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
