I'm running openresolv with dnsmasq version 2.59-4. When an interface gets configured, the name server addresses get both into /etc/resolv.conf and into /var/run/dnsmasq/resolv.conf. This implies that the servers will be queried twice, once by libc and once by dnsmasq.
