Whilst I agree that this is technically incorrect, it doesn't stop the file being interpretted correctly by crond as far as I can see. As such, I doubt this will get fixed in request-tracker3.8, which is on the point of being removed from testing/unstable, so I'm going to reassign this to request-tracker4 to be fixed there.
