Note that maybe you should update the above boilerplate text. It has not been
updated from the template.
i'm mainly relying on a script to fetch templates and updates the
headers while doing so but that package should be one of the older ones
which is not created by that way.

You are not adding the Language in the PO header. Shouldn't you?
none of the other translations have that header so it must be because of
one of the strange po editors. so i'm assuming it is not a necessary one.
