I expect gdb from http://backports-master.debian.org/ to work since
gdb >= 7.1 supports PIE.
Could you please try debugging with it?

You can also submit private bugs at
https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/ and as an upstream developer I
can check them.

If you can please try reproducing the issue with a later (latest)
Wireshark version, the bug may have been fixed already:
http://anongit.wireshark.org/git/?p=wireshark;a=history;f=epan/dissectors/packet-nfs.c
