Reassigning to console-data. However, given the current status of this package (very low maintenance mode by me), which is aimed to be replaced by keyboard-configuration and then use X keymaps....I doubt that anybody will go through the hassle of updating console-data. I'd suggest you rather use "apt-get install console-setup", which will replace console keymap management by X keymaps and, there, the Colemak layout is, if I'm correct, offerred.
