Hello, Apparently petsc, slepc, and their reverse depends will not transition until binary slepc packages libslepc3.1, libslepc3.1-dev and libslepc3.1-dbg have been removed for the armel and kfreebsd-* architectures. Please remove those binaries on those architectures.
