Hi, Since axel was quite impressive for speed, I was going to add Japanese translation. Since this package was untouched almost for 3 years, I am preparing NMU with many clean ups :-)
So far, dpatch is out and build nicely with dh. This bug report is severity important with core file. i thought about looking into this. Alas, I do not get any problem downloading this file.
