I submitted some patches to fix the space in filenames bug and the
/tmp security hole. I don't see them showing up in the Debian bug
tracker though. I can resend them if someone is interested.
Howeverr, the original script is pretty much beyond hope, IMHO.
It's really badly written and should have never been included in
Debian.
I've basically completely re-written it. By default it uses
wkhtmltopdf instead of htmldoc since that seems to produce better
output. There is a --htmldoc flag though if you want htmldoc.

I think /usr/bin/chm2pdf should be replaced with my script. I
tested it on a bunch of CHM files I had laying around. It seems to
decently, at least as well as the orignal.
