Just attach the updated .po file to an email and send it to this bug.
However:

That version number suggests you may be looking at wx2.6 rather than wx2.8
- wxwidgets2.6 was removed from testing and unstable last year, and hasn't
been supported by upstream for years. Updates to translations on 2.6 would
just be a waste of your time.
