Please have a look at this bug that a Debian user has reported:

Essentially the colors on a PowerPC system are very wrong. I would bet=20
that any big-endian system will show the same behaviour.

I tried to follow the code path. For me it looks like the fxloadGIF
creates an image which already has RGBA byte order (as FXRGBA is used to
create the palette which is copied to the final image).
FXImage::render_true_32 seems to expect that the byte order is ABGR on
big endian systems but the FXRGBA macro always creates the same byte
order.=20

Please take a look at the report, I'd like the fox packages to be free
of any bugs ;-)
