Hello Ulrich,
a Debian user of the perlindex package reported the following bug. Please t=
ake
a look at it and tell me how you would like to deal with it. I currently do=
n't
have the time to fix it myself.
Package: perlindex
Version: 1.302-7
Severity: normal
I have installed CPAN modules in my home directory, added the paths to
/etc/perlindex/config, and run 'perlindex -index'. When I use
perlindex to search for modules, it lists the relevant module(s) in my
home directory, but fails to open them:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ perlindex ajax
1 4.043 /home/dpchrist/share/perl/5.8.4/CGI/Ajax.pm
2 0.067 /home/dpchrist/lib/perl/5.8.4/perllocal.pod
Enter Number or 'q'> 1
Running pod2man /usr//home/dpchrist/share/perl/5.8.4/CGI/Ajax.pm
Can't open /usr//home/dpchrist/share/perl/5.8.4/CGI/Ajax.pm for read
ing: No such file or directory
at /usr/bin/pod2man line 60
It looks like perlindex is adding '/usr/' to the front of modules it
finds under /home.
