Just to be sure that I am reproducing the same thing, the
scrollTtyOutput is only there because it is necessary to see the bug,
correct? i.e. urxvt is not also scrolling all the way to the bottom.

I don't see anything obvious in the code that deals with
scrollWithBuffer. Marc?
