Dear Raimundo Moura,
You will find below a bug report filed [1] against the Debian package
myspell-pt-br [2], which is based on the dictionary made available at
broffice.org.
Could you please tell us whether this is really a bug in your aff file?
Best regards,
Rafael Laboissière

Package: myspell-pt-br
Version: 2007.10.01-1
Severity: normal
The aff file starts with a comment enclosed in /* */; I could not find
specs for the aff format, but it seems that comments should be in a
line starting with '#' [3]. Besides that, the readme of affix [2]
referred at [1] seems to imply that the encoding should be declared in
the first line of the file.
The consequence of the actual state of the aff file is that it does
not work with jmyspell [4].
