Currently, checkarray does not block until the check is done, and it
would be hackish to do so. Therefore, it cannot restore the limits
afterwards.
A better way would be if Neil could expose two additional parameters
(in /sys/block/*/md, as well as /proc/sys/dev/raid) to limit the
check speed separately from the sync speed.
Is this doable, Neil?
