Hello,

dicod does not support listening on IPv6 sockets, this is made clean
in the dico info documentation (Section 3.3.2, under listen), which
mentions that either IPv4 or UNIX sockets are supported.

One of Debian's release goals for Squeeze is to support IPv6 in all
applications that support services over IPv4 at the moment. [1]
