Dear developers of the BOINC manager,
I can confirm that possibly unintended change in behaviour that Nelson reports
below.
If completely devoid of UNIX skills, with 6.12.8 there is now no longer a means
to "unstart" the BOINC Manager without killing the
clients.
I personally like the close box and the close menu entry to behave the same.
But then the BOINC widget should possibly get a close
entry or ask if the clients should be killed when exiting it ... something.

Hi!
With boinc-manager 6.10.58+dfsg-3, clicking on File → Close Window it
just closes as expected.
With the new version 6.12.8+dfsg-6 it seems to just minize the window
(and doesn't close as expected). It's either necessary to kill it or use
the Exit option (that will also stop boinc, making it necessary to start
it again).
