This looks like a TeX issue to me, as the intermediate TeX document
created by repeated dblatex runs is always the same.  However calling
dblatex with the attached user stylesheet [2] results in identical PDF
documents.

@Petter: Does this satisfy your needs?

@Benoît: What do you think about this requirement? What about the idea
of providing reproducible dblatex artifacts with a new XSL parameter
(instead of the somewhat hacky user stylesheet)?
