Hi,
today there was a new release of libflac4 in the upgrade which breaks
the vorbis-tools because libFLAC changed from libFLAC.so.4 to
libFLAC.so.6.
Please rebuild the vorbis-tools with the new upstram release of libflac4

depending on libflac4 to be recompiled.
