Package: i2c-2.4.27-1-k7-smp
Version: 1:2.9.0-7
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
The cause seems to be modules duplicated with the kernel. Here is some
extract from the install log:
Unpacking i2c-2.4.27-1-k7-smp (from
.../i2c-2.4.27-1-k7-smp_1%3a2.9.0-7_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing
/var/cache/apt/archives/i2c-2.4.27-1-k7-smp_1%3a2.9.0-7_i386.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite
`/lib/modules/2.4.27-1-k7-smp/kernel/drivers/i2c/i2c-proc.o', which is also in
package kernel-image-2.4.27-1-k7-smp
This also prevents installing lm-sensors (of course).

This has been fixed partly by version 2.9.0-8 and definitively by
version 2.9.0-10. Please fetch the latest version from
http://incoming.debian.org until it is installed in the archive.
Closing the bug.
