Package: bochsbios Version: 2.1.1+20041109-3 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
I had the following installed and everything worked OK: bochs 2.1.1-10 bochs-wx 2.1.1-10 bochsbios 2.1.1-10 vgabios 0.4b-1 I upgraded bochsbios to 2.1.1+20041109-3 without upgrading bochs or bochs-wx, and there were no dependency complaints. Afterwards, the bochs window comes up, but doesn't display anything, and the stdout from bochs contains a perpetual spew of: 00113400000e[VGA ] character height = 1, skipping text update 00113700000e[VGA ] character height = 1, skipping text update etc... -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.4.26 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
