Gentoo has a patch at: http://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=43329
I think only the last section is relevent; other parts are controlled only by the local user. Upstream is aware of the problem as of last week and is apparently working with gentoo on an update: http://prozilla.genesys.ro/ Free BSD links to a "new version", though it may not be official: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-ports-bugs/2005-January/049000.html Here's someone who say's that they're waiting for upstream permission to release a new version, and who says he's working on a version 2 rewrite: http://www.advogato.org/person/richdawe/ And that takes me to google hit#50, at which point I quit.
