ltp is simply not working. If installed alone then gazillions of error
messages run across the screen if one tries to execute the test from 
ltpmenu. If the lftp-xx packages are installed then the tests wont be
run when selected from the menu.

Some information on ltpmenu in /usr/share/doc/ltp/README.Debian may be
useful. Could be that I missed something but what?
