OK, I've done this now and tested quite a bit locally. You can grab 2.4.6-10 from http://jon.oxer.com.au/turck-mmcache/ It installs and works for me, but that's on a box which already has a bit of stuff lying around from previous builds etc. I'd appreciate feedback after test installs on other systems.
