It your package is failing to build with the following error:
dpkg-genchanges -B -mDebian amd64 Build Daemon <buildd_i386-excelsior>
dpkg-genchanges: arch-specific upload - not including arch-independent packages
dpkg-genchanges: failure: cannot read files list file: No such file or directory
This is probably caused because you don't do anything in the binary-arch
target.
