while js component can now be properly queried:
$ xulrunner-config --cflags js
-I/usr/include/mozjs -I/usr/include/nspr
other (non-special case) components fail:
$ xulrunner-config --cflags xpcom
-I/usr/include/xulrunner -I%includedir%/xpcom -I/usr/include/nspr
