Package: yatex

help/YATEXHLP.eng, and help/YATEXHLP.jp are non-free, as was
previously discussed in
http://lists.debian.or.jp/debian-devel/200307/msg00010.html, but kind
of fell off everyone's mind since then.
This package should be split-up into free / non-free parts, or
YATEXHLP be removed.
